Ivory cashew started its journey in 2009 as AG House, with its sole proprietor being its Founder/Director Mr. Akalanka Dahanayake. Adopting the brand name “Ivory Cashew” Mr. Dahanayake and his small team of agriculturalists and professional planters, developed the business and the brand to be synonymous for quality and high service standards.
The company reached the first of many milestones in 2017 when increased demand saw the company transition from a sole proprietorship to a limited liability company under the registered name of Ivory Cashew Products Pvt Ltd. Today the company and its team oversee value addition through the cashew value chain, from individual grower to smallholder to collector, that processes harvested cashew and tailor-made to buyer requirements in the whole nut, crushed, pieces, salted, spicy, flavoured forms etc.
Given Cashew’s seasonal nature Ivory Cashew is fully equipped to handle continuous processing and consistent supply throughout the year.
